★★★★★
“I’ve been working with Elizabeth for more than two years and have found her practices to be well thought out, motivating, and individualized to meet my needs as well as those of my fellow students. She is attentive when one of us is going through physical therapy or dealing with an injury and adapts the practice to address our individual needs.
I’ve begun a practice with a stiff back and finished feeling far better than when I started. As a ‘super senior’ over 70, I appreciate the reasonable modifications Elizabeth provides to help me practice comfortably. I recommend her without reservation.”
—Brian K
★★★★★
“Elizabeth was interested in my self-assessment and offered practical guidance and realistic expectations. She chose exercises and stretches that seem very likely to help. I was pushed to extend myself, not to the point of being beyond what I could do. I benefited greatly.”
